astranovae provides beauty product demand forecasting analytics, market intelligence, and related data analysis services. Our services include but are not limited to demand forecasting, market analysis, consumer behaviour insights, inventory optimisation recommendations, and custom analytics dashboards specifically designed for the beauty industry.

User Obligations

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when using our services or communicating with us. You must not use our services to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.

Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice. We may also update these terms periodically, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Data and Confidentiality

Our handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You agree that any non-public information you provide to us will be treated confidentially. All content, software, algorithms, methodologies, and materials provided by astranovae are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use our services for your business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our proprietary algorithms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, astranovae shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for services in the twelve months preceding the claim. We provide our analytics and forecasting services on an "as is" basis and make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of predictions or recommendations.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless astranovae, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights. This indemnification obligation shall survive termination of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Porto, Portugal. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with appropriate notice as specified in the service agreement. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately, though provisions regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability shall survive termination.

Force Majeure

astranovae shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, government action, war, terrorism, or other causes beyond our reasonable control. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to resume normal service as quickly as possible.

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and astranovae regarding the use of our services. These terms supersede all prior communications, proposals, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
